Consultancy for the relocation and implementation of the network and communications infrastructures of 600 workstations and for their subsequent testing.

In 2018 we tackled the challenge of moving the entire technological infrastructure of Enaire. We worked to successfully relocate one of the company’s building , from the first switch to the last workstation. A complexity unique to this project was the need to reuse the same resources that had been used in the original location. Carrying this out required particularly thorough planning.

We completed the project within 4 weeks, demonstrating time management and enabling the simultaneous operation of both offices. We succeeded in carrying out a gradual relocation that did not interrupt the work of any one of the 600 employees at Enaire for a single day.
