azz hoteles (lowercase, yes, it’s a modern brand) is one of our most comprehensive projects and one we’re most proud of. We’ve accompanied the chain almost from its inception and during its expansion process, as an external Marketing Department in charge of brand strategy, loyalty, and new avenues of commercial exploitation.
We had the opportunity to apply a global and coherent approach, transforming a brand that wanted to take it a step further through a rebranding in record time and the development of its new website. All of this accompanied by the management of its social networks and review channels such as TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, or Booking.
In short, a top-down repositioning as we like to say, but paying special attention to the details in each hotel according to their characteristics, location, audience, and possibilities.
